Hello!

You may be surprised why I entitled this post like that. Just read on if you wanna know. Today is Tuesday and I'm still overwhelmed with the things that happened to me yesterday.

God really loves me. I got the result of my midterms in math. I expected that I'm gonna fail this exam because I missed a lot of points. As my prof discusses the common mistakes that we committed in the exam, Glenn noticed that our prof holds my exam paper and she uses it as a reference. I became nervous when I realized that it's true. It may only mean 2 things: either I commit the most mistakes or I have a high score. Know what, I dared not to look at it when my prof gave my paper to me. I kept it inside my notebook and waited until I'm ready to look at it. It's just after my Physics class, which is right after my Math class, when I decided to see the result of that exam. To my surprise, I passed the exam and it's the highest percentage I ever had for this subject. You see that what happened here is almost the same with what happened to me yesterday. God really loves me because he never fail to answer my prayers. God's love is so incomparable that He's even willing to give the life of His only Son just to save us from all our sins and to enjoy everything He has given us.

I hope that you feel loved by God, too. It's the love of God why all these things are happening to me. God is Love as others may put it. These 3-letter phrase is so short that it can be disregarded by most of us but for me, it is the greatest meaning of love.

Hello!

How's life? Just wanna let you know how happy and blessed I am that God is in my life. This was the greatest Monday of my life! The date: Feb.14, 2005. Most of you may think that I'm happy because it's Valentine's day and... you know! But it's more than that. I can say that this is the greatest Valentine's day of my life because I celebrated it with God. I really feel that I'm loved.

But wait, there's more. Last Saturday, I was very anxious about the result of my Physics exam. I even hesitated to see the results on the bulletin board. I expected that I'll get a not-so-good score because I crammed for that exam. To my surprise, the opposite happened. I'm in awe when I saw my score. There is a sudden increase from the score of my first exam to the score of this exam. And for your information, my score in this exam is so far the highest among my past Physics exams. It's very unbelievable! God really never fails to surprise me. I also got the result of my History exam. Know what? I also got a high score. Better than my score on the last exam. See how really God remains faithful to me even though there are times that I have a hard time putting my trust on Him. All throughout the day, I feel like singing praises to God. That's how happy I am! I just wanna tell every person I meet how great it is to know God. He is the God of wonders!

But it doesn't stop there. While I'm at the CCC tambayan, a friend visited me. Actually, he used to be my disciple back then. I was so surprised when I heard him call me. There's even a dead air, I think at least 3 seconds, before we feel that we're in the presence of each other. I asked him the reason why he's there. He said that he's applying for the music circle and their tambayan is just near ours. I'm so overwhelmed! Even though we never had the chance to talk with each other for a long time, he still calls me as his 'discipler.' Grabe, I can't explain how I feel at that very moment. He even opened up a lot of things to me about his endeavors. Our talk was only for a short time but what matters is that, at your darkest times, God still keeps on revealing Himself to you. His faithfulness is the source of our hope! Hope you enjoyed reading this! God bless you!

Angel Street

Whew!!! After writing my reaction paper about the great population hoax which is due tomorrow, I took the opportunity to post again after a long while. Medyo matagal na rin kasi akong di nakapag-post. The past few weeks were very tiring. Exams every week, reporting for tomorrow, panel discussion last Friday, and the list is goes on. I really don't have much time to do the things that I wanna do like reading books and watching movies.

I really can't find a good title for this post. You may ask why I entitled this post Angel Street. Actually, it's the title of the play by Patrick Hamilton that I watched yesterday. It's a Victorian mystery. I enjoyed watching it because it's simple yet has a wonderful story. No gimmicks, no special set designs. but it didn't fail to meet the requirements of a quality theatre production.

It's Valentine's day tomorrow, right? Well then, I want to greet you a Happy Valentine's day! I pray that you will feel loved as you celebrate this day. May mga ka-date na ba kayo? Ako wala pa! Hehe! Ok lang, lagi ko namang ka-date si God. Hehe! Actually, our topic in our panel discussion last Friday was about how people from the past and from the present celebrate Valentine's day. One of my co-panelist is Japanese and she said that in Japan, it's the girl who gives chocolates to the guy she likes as reflected by the scenes from certain animes like Fruits Basket. There is this day they call 'White Day' celebrated exactly a month after Valentine's day. During this day, the girl would wait if the boy would respond to her by giving her chocolates. It's like the reverse of Valentine's day. Hehe! I'd better go there!!! Hehe!!!! (joke!!!)

I hope you enjoyed reading. I still have a lot of things to do. God Bless you and Happy Valentine's day!

P.S. Francis Giancarlo Tan Lee, thanks for visiting my site and for the dinner last Friday with Kay. I enjoyed your company. Hope it wouldn't be the last. Sit-in ka ulit sa class namin bukas sa lagoon. Hehe!
Evelyn C. Bagawi(di ko alam middle initial), Happy Valentine's and Happy Birthday! Enjoy the cool breeze of Baguio. Don't forget your pasalubong for us. Pa'no ka namin babatiin? Hehe! God Bless!

Hello!

It's been a while since I last posted here. Better ask how you're doing? Anyway, I really have a stressful week. Let me tell you what happened during the past 3 days:

Monday: 3rd Long exam in math. Past is past, let bygones be bygones! After Kalay prayertime, pumunta kami nila Dwight, Laila, and Evy sa sunken! Kwentuhan 'til 11pm! Saya!

Tuesday: Medyo relax dahil ktatapos lang ng exam. Pero midterms kinabukasan sa math ulit.

Wednesday: Submission ng Post Lab sa physics. Medyo magulo ang worksheet ko. One-on-one with coach Orly sa fencing. Midterms sa math. First time kong ma-experience ang tinatawag nilang mental block! Pero I thank God kasi na-experience ko yun. He surely wants to make me realize something. basta past is past, let bygones be bygones!

Nakaka-pressure talaga! Next week, baka mas ma pressure pa ko dahil may paper na isusubmit, exam sa History, exam sa Physics, at last experiment sa Physics lab. Haaaay!!!

P.s. Dwight at Evy! Sana mabasa n'yo 'to! Hehe! Kahit 'di na pala! halos araw araw naman tayong magkakasama eh! Buti na lang hindi pa tayo watak! (hi kay matt) Hehe! God Bless sa OS this coming Saturday. Text kayo ha!?!
